  We are hiring a Procurement Administrator to support day-to-day procurement operations, vendor coordination, and purchase documentation while ensuring compliance with internal policies and timelines.  

 This role suits someone detail-oriented, organised, and experienced in procurement administration. 

  The role requires strong ownership of LMS administration, PMS deployment, competency mapping, and end-to-end training strategy aligned with UAE/GCC workforce needs.

 The ideal candidate brings 4+ years of hands-on IT experience, strong technical troubleshooting skills, and the ability to support a fast-paced, client-focused environment across the UAE. 

 Plan and deliver internal/external events, sponsorships, and showroom branding—ensuring brand compliance across Nissan, INFINITI, Renault, After Sales, and Auto Central with zero budget overspend.  

 Lead brand strategy, sponsorships, and events across Nissan, INFINITI, Renault and other verticals—delivering ROI-positive activations aligned to OEM guidelines and the pillars of Innovation, Business Diversification, and Customer Centricity.  

 Analyze, design, and evaluate learning programs—turn data into decisions so training aligns with business goals, competency frameworks, and workforce plans.
 

 Own net-new and expansion growth—map markets, build pipeline, and close strategic deals end-to-end while keeping forecasts and CRM spotless.

 

 Support corporate L&D delivery—scheduling trainings, coordinating logistics/vendors, updating the LMS, and maintaining accurate records to keep programs running smoothly.
 

 Design high-quality face-to-face, blended, and online learning. You’ll partner with faculty/SMEs to build engaging courses, deliver faculty development, and champion inclusive, accessible teaching.
